Easy to get a quote prior to scheduling a visit to my home. John was punctual and professional. Company does hard sell their ongoing services.

The company was nice enough to fit me in immediately to treat home for ants. Just moved in and noticed ants in several rooms of the home. One the day of my appointment I waited half an hour after someone was supposed to show up before calling to make sure I was still scheduled. Luckily the technician answered and was over shortly after. He was very professional and friendly. The price seemed alittle high, but I was happy to get rid of my ant problem.
Two weeks later I noticed some more ants, but since their service is guaranteed for 30 days they scheduled me for a follow up. On the day of my appointment no one showed up. When I called the following Monday, they apologized and fit me in the same day. A different technician showed up, he was on time, and was very friendly and professional.

The tenant said the provider was courteous and efficient. Work was done on time and she was pleased.

One guy from another company said there must be a dead animal on the wall so he said we should call a bug or animal control company. They came out, smelled it, and immediately said that it was not a dead animal. They checked to make sure they weren't coming in through the roof. They found a couple of fence that was broken thorough. He also found a dormant hornet's nest. Even though there was nothing in the pantry that had to do with animals, he had his assistant go ahead and take out some cleaning products because he thought they might be degrading and causing the chemical smell. He took out our shelves and put it outside to try and get more smell out of it. I just thought they were great. They went above and beyond. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They told you what was going on. Cesar was kind of the lead guy. I thought the price of $125 to inspect the house was pretty typical and reasonable. The termite treatment was $375. I think he's honest. He pointed out where raccoons had been on the roof and how to keep the raccoons off the roof. He gave a lot of information.
