Carpet Installation
I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF DAVID WARD, WHO WAS SELLING US THE CARPET. HE RUNS THE STORE, AND HE WAS IN CHARGE OF SETTING UP THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS ABLE TO DISCUSS THE TYPES OF CARPETING, AND HE WAS ABLE TO SUGGEST DIFFERENT TYPES LIKE WHAT TYPES OF CARPET TO PUT IN THE BASEMENT AS OPPOSED TO OTHER FLOORS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYONE HERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY. LATER AFTER THE STORMS WHEN WE HAD A LEAK, HE RECOMMENDED SOMEONE TO COME AND DRY OUT THE CARPET WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE FREE OF CHARGE. HE'S A REALLY GOOD GUY. HE COULD'VE TRIED TO SELL US NEW CARPET. HE'S A REALLY NICE MAN.
