+ -1 moreThis company came to my door and told me he was mandated by the city to do this work. He completed only half the task and ran off with the rest of my money. I had to hire another company to finish this work. This also happened to many of my neighbors, as well. Look out for him!
Description of Work: He put the overhead electrical lines below ground.
