I had a new technician this time named Thomas and he was very good and professional. He addressed a few items as a courtesy and informed me of how to avoid a few issues so I wouldn't have long term issues down the road. One issue was leaves that were falling into the AC Compressor which he cleaned out, but he recommended a lift cover to keep the leaves out for the future. The technician arrived early which I don't mind and was very polite and patient in waiting as I wasn't ready for him to come inside when he arrived. Without asking me he put on shoe covers right away which is extremely impressive for me as I usually have to ask people to remove their shoes or put on covers. My family doesn't wear shoes in the house so it goes a long way when a vendor and it's employees have consideration built in as a part of their process. I ended up purchasing the annual maintenance agreement because it is the most cost effective way to service my HVAC ($198 for 2 visits a year vs $129 for a single visit). If need an HVAC or service on one I definitely recommend AZ Air Conditioning they know how to provide great customer service and they really care about putting in a good product and making sure you're taken care of.

This company came out to fix our heater. Arrived exactly on time, explained everything including cost, inspected the entire HVAC system, gave me maintenance recommendations, and even cleaned the heating filter. Really impressive!
