They noted my oil was dirty however they did the last service and it was not over the timeline. I told them to go ahead and do the oil change. When I picked up the car they had not done the service. In addition, they said my tires were wearing uneven. The tires were brand new only six days old with perhaps 40 miles on them. I told the service rep this info and he just said oh...that is what the mechanic noted :(. The last time I had it in for warranty issues, they did not call me so at 5:30 I went there to get my car and was informed it would not be ready until the next day!!! The next day, when I came to pick it up I had to wait for them to wash??? the car which they state is a complimentary service, was barely brushed off. I had just detailed the car that weekend before so it was pretty darn clean to begin with.

It's mostly good with them. I have been pretty happy with them. They are a little expensive but do good work.

It's always good to get a pre-sale inspection when buying a used auto. The service department will find more things about the car than the other person trying to sell it. It worked out well for me, and I am grateful Cris, in the service department was there and so knowledgeable.

They do an excellent job. They even clean my car from top to bottom when they are finished. They prices are also reasonable. They follow up with me on a regular basis to keep my car in good shape.

I think they're very professional, on time. They're a dealership so they're not cheap. Do not remember cost.
