I worked with Dan Beck and Argon Development to develop six single family homes on three lots in Torrance, CA. At the time I was a new and inexperienced developer and was looking for a general contractor with the skill and experience to make this project successful. Dan and his team met and far exceeded all expectations. Dan worked closely with the project architect, the city and other involved parties to navigate this project through to completion. Their knowledge, skill and professionalism were invaluable in making sure this project went smoothly and was completed on budget and on time! What could have been a very difficult project went off without a hitch.
I cannot say enough about Dan and the team at Argon Development. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone considering a development project either as a developer/investor or to build their dream home. Many general contractors promise the world at the start and then fail to deliver at the end. Dan is that rare exception that not only fulfilled his promise at the start, but managed to far exceed expectations throughout a two year construction process.
