Appell Construction

We called Appell when we were ready to have the door to our kitchen replaced with one that opened into the garage instead of opening into the kithchen. After exchanging some information over the phone, Appell came to our house to take measurements. That was followed by a quotation faxed to us. We approved the fax and entered into a contract to have the work done.
After agreeing to an installation date, Appell came to our house mid-morning and completed the job late in the afternoon. All went according to plan except for an improvement in the molding around the door frame which we approved during  installation. The self closing hinges suggested and provided made for a more pleaing entry appearance.
We are very pleased with the home improvement afforded by our new door, with its operation and the the way it looks.

With age, our kitchen drawers became more and more difficult
to open. The kitchen shelves under our counters and cook-top were very deep,
making it difficult to reach in to retrieve stored items. We got an estimate
from Appell Construction to replace our exiting drawers and shelves with pull
out boxes on extension slides. After agreeing on the work to be done, Appell
took careful measurements, prepared a contract, and proceeded to work with our
approval. Prior to actual work, Appell had many good suggestions and guided us
in making our final selections.
 
The boxes were built off site and brought to our home for
installation. Two men performed the work in about a day and a half. The new
boxes are sturdy and attractive. The sliding action is very smooth, making it a
pleasure to open and close drawers and shelves.
 
Appell does quality cabinet work. Scheduling was coordinated
via telephone and promptly performed as promised.
 
Appell is very busy. Advance planning is recommended in
order to fit into their work load.
