Had a water leak over Labor Day weekend called emergency number Fred the plumber came within an hour and a half after being called repaired the leak found another leak under the house that I could hear within the wall came the next morning repaired the leak under the house and everything was perfect

We told the owner that the leak was under the house. The Owner/plummer came out and did not listen to us. He broke through the wall in the closet. When he realized that he made a mistake, he went underneath the house and put in a temporary repair of the pipe. He did not complete the fix in this visit but charged us for the complete repair.
He then wants to charge us $75 to come back to complete the job and fix the hole in the wall. We have had several appointments with him and he did not show. Finally he showed and fixed the pipe under the house. When he came back to fix the pipe he tried to get our son to give him an additional $200. He did not fix the hole in the wall. We had to contract with another service for that.
It cost us to get the hole in the wall fixed.

AS LONG AS YOU DEAL WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, FRED GOMEZ, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HIS PRICING IS EXTREMELY FAIR, HE IS HONEST AND CONSCIENTIOUS AND KNOWS HIS TRADE. SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM HAVE TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME ON OCCASION.
