I highly recommend this company. They did excellent work and the prices were reasonable.
I contacted Alfonso and Al Garcia's Plumbing after being referred by a neighbor. I explained the problem and Alfonso scheduled an appointment and quoted me a fixed price of $500 for hydro jetting, camera inspection and what ever it would take to clear the line.
Alfonso and his helper showed up just a few minutes after our scheduled time but they called ahead to let me know right when they'd arrive. they got right to work and inspected the line and attempted to hydro jet it but it was too blocked to get the hydro jet through the line. they then cut a section of the original cast iron pipe out and put in a Y connection that would allow them to get a larger cutting head on a rooting auger down the pipe. This was an additional $225.00 but I'll be needing it again next time I have to have the line cleaned. After this they ran a large cutting head through the pipe to clear the roots then ran the hydro jet through again for the third time with a large head on it to really clean it all out. They went well into the city line to insure that the roots were cleared. They ran the camera through once again to check the results and show me it was all clear.
All of this took about 2 hours and they cleaned up everything and were on their way.
A great job and I'll be calling them back when it's time for regular maintenance. Couldn't be happier!
The plumbers, Francisco and his helper, arrived as scheduled and set to work checking out the possible causes of the impurities in the kitchen sink tap water. They concluded the problem was with the 12-inch flexible supply lines linking the pipes to the faucet. The flexible pipes were lined with a material that was decomposing and discharging into our faucet water. These supply lines had been installed during our kitchen update of six years ago. The plumbers replaced the faulty flexible supply lines with ones that were entirely stainless steel, and as a result, our water ran clear again. The workers were very careful in all they did and cleaned up the work area beautifully.
