Easy to work with and good crew. They know what there doing, and did it quickly. Initial quote was accurate, but because it's an old house, things got exspensive to do additional things outside original agreement.

Appointments were kept. No charge for on-site inspection and estimate. Tech who was present at the inspection was the one who completed the work. He was carful to keep my house clean. He had every tool required to catch water, cut pipes and a blow tourch! Work completed in 3 hours. Took off his shoes when walking on carpet. Took his trash with him.

Rene and the crew were wonderful. Rene was so helpful with ideas and suggestions. They were always on time, communicated well and we love them all! We still need to do the 'finish' work, but they will be my permanent plumber , if I ever need one.

Rene responded quickly to the initial service request but arrived *very* late on the scheduled appointment day. The quote was a bit pricey but adjustment was made later to accomodate for the overage. They were professional and did a good job.

They were not even affordable when you take into account two walls I have to repaint. Four floor tiles that were broken by them. They cracked the wood around the closet to the water heater. Climbed up on my new dryer and dented the top-causing damage that will void my warranty, and now the rollers are making a loud noise. Then the water heater they installed was dented severely and they covered it up by taping the waranty over the top. The owner wanted to go upstairs to get his check before I checked out the work- drawing my attention else where. I feel taken advantage of and this sloppy work is unacceptable. I would not refer them to anyone.

This is my first time using ServiceMagic and I'm glad I gave it a try. I had used at least five different companies for plumbing services in the recent past and had not been satisfied with any of them. Seems like every plumbing company that I used was either greedy or didn't care much about customer service. Affordable Plumbing is different. Rene is customer focused and friendly. He provided a quote over the phone and honored the price at the time of the service. He had his technician call prior to arriving at our house. His technician completed the job quickly and did an excellent clean up job. Highly recommended company!!!

Complete installation of water heater is acceptable. Not the neatest job. Contractor did not estimate job accurately. Final cost included an additional simple ball valve at $180, which I consider way out of line. Two weeks have gone by and I have not received a statement for the completed job and the final paid price.
