My Desk Top Computer was infected with several Mal ware programs that were causing me to lose data. Ace One backed up my data and re-formatted my Hard Drive and did a complete cleaning of the entire Computer. They added 2 GB of RAM and Norton Anti-Virus. I purchased a 3 Tera Byte Backup external Drive that was formatted and all files from the computer were copied to the Backup unit.

I have long used Advanced Micro (now located at 20790 Hawthorne Blvd., Torrance, CA 905030). They are Apple Authorized Reseller and Service Providers, and have consistently provided great service, outstanding repair, and competitive prices. They have saved me money, time, and been competitive for many years. Recently I accidentally deleted important files, I bought a self-recovery program from web based Stellar Phoenix for $100 and located in India). That was a horrible experience that made me lose even more data due to their lack of knowledge about Mac, and in general just plain rude and unprofessional.I went to Advanced Micro and they were able to achieve a miracle for me - they got my files back! I had been quoted $700 at other servicers but Advanced Micro was able to do it for $300. I could not be more pleased. The tech team at Advanced Micro is outstanding, they know their stuff, there is not anything they cannot do to fix a Mac. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCED MICRO for any computer need, especially repairs!
