ADEC Inc. has been in business since 1982 and we specialize in Energy Efficiency for the home and office. We are experts in Edison and DWP energy rebates and can finance the project through a paid by savings option. We perform a building envelope audit along with an energy audit for the customer before the project design and presentation of proposal.

The technician came out to install the film on the doors. After he installed the film on one door I noticed that I could still see through. I had to have the technician remove the film because it was not what I wanted and what I was told it would be. I spoke to the owner and he was less than helpful about the situation. He still wanted to keep the $240 deposit even though it was clearly not what he told me it would be. I am very disappointed in how this situation has turned out.
