Service was lightning fast-less than a week from order placement to delivery of the cushions. Quality of the work is top notch, significantly better than the original cushion. Marge, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has lots of good ideas to help with the process.

We brought our chair, two small pillows and our own fabric to Marge's store in Torrance. Marge is a character! She's an older woman (in her 70's or 80's) and quite a crackerjack. She had no trouble handling a little heckling from my husband about her unbelievably messy desk. We asked her for ideas on how to make the back of the chair more attractive and she suggested a welt in a solid black fabric. She used left over fabric from another job for the welt on the chair and the welt around the pillows. She didn't give us any kind of receipt. She said the chair and pillows would be ready in about two weeks and they were ready in 15 days. The workmanship was beautiful. When Marge's people took apart the chair, they saw new foam was needed. They replaced the old foam with high quality foam at no extra charge. Both visits were after 3:30 in the afternoon. If you go late in the day, Marge's people won't be there to help you load the furniture and you'll have to do it yourself. We managed but it was a little struggle. Marge gave us a very attractive estimate to reupholster six parson chairs and we may take her up on it. She said if you buy fabric from her, she'll give you 15% off retail.

Marge and her team did an incredible job! They did the job on time and on budget and the sofas look and feel terrific! People who come to my house often mention how stunning it is. I can't recommend AAA enough! Thank you, Marge!

I provided the dimensions and fabric. The project was a little unusual due to the size and Marge was effective in working through the design process. Marge consulted with me about 3 times on the details of the design. It was evident that she worked with her team closely to make sure that they executed the design to exactly what we agreed upon. I was very impressed with the end result and the craftsmanship. Marge is informal about the paperwork. I dropped off my fabric and just wrote my name on it. I did not have a formal order form or anything like that. So at first I was a little unsure. However, Marge was extremely professional and did not miss any of the details in terms of fabrication or the price she quoted me. I would work with them again.

Excellent! The material we selected had a pattern that was matched perfectly on the chair. Even the sides of the chair were pattern matched perfectly. They even added removable arm covers that matched the pattern they covered. Very professional job! If you are in a hurry, let Marge know. We weren't in a hurry and it did take about 4 weeks to get the two materials and do the job.

Marge is the owner of this business and has done upholstery work for many, many years. It is a small shop and Marge gives personalized service to every customer. She talked to us about different material characteristics and has a very good selection in the store. We took awhile looking at some samples that we were interested in and she ordered a larger sample, PLUS she reserved material from the exact lot that the sample was taken from. (Colors may change slightly from lot to lot, so Marge did not want to leave anything to chance.) Finished work is available in her showroom. You can easily see that a lot of effort and attention is given to what they produce. We have rarely or maybe even never had furniture reupholstered. So it was interesting to see what kind of effort has to go into this type of work, especially when there are patterns which must be aligned between the different pads/pillows/skirts/etc. Marge's crew does all of that very well. You yourself will need to go through the math to determine if reupholstering is cost effective. The process is not cheap, but in our case we really like the chairs. They fit my large body are are very comfortable. And it would have cost me more to find something new of the same size and quality. I could have bought 2 chairs of lower quality and comfort for less money. Also, I could have used material that cost much more. So as I said, there are a couple of variables and I imagine that for some people under some circumstances the costs of re-upholstery is more than the value. The other point to make, if not clear from above, is that our chairs were returned as new or maybe even better than new. They strip down the entire chair to the frame, fix anything that needs to be fixed, and enhance anything that needs enhancement. My chair looks nice and feels nice. We are happy with the fabric that we chose - chenille. Chenille is very popular now (which doesn't mean one thing or the other to us) and is highly durable (which does mean a lot to us). The work was done exactly as expected, with quality that exceeded our expectations, and at the cost as explained. Marge talked about a couple of things regarding their repair process for our specific chairs, and it was obvious by what she said that much thought and consideration was given to our work order. Pricing is what you should expect for good quality work. It is not a steal. It is not highway robbery. Marge does very good work and charges a fair price. If you are looking for a steal, this is no the right place. Highly recommended.

When you first go to AAA the store is a little small. Marge, (I think is the owner) has been in the business of a long time. I had asked Marge to do one of the chairs as a sample. The charge was $100.00. She had it done in one week, and it was so much better than I had imagined. It looked brand new. The craftmanship was superb. Since I had a large order, Marge offered to do the rest at $85 per chair. This was great price. I had been shopping around and one quote was $155.00 per chair. I delivered the chairs in lots of 8 or nine. About once a week I picked up the completed ones and left more. The whole process was about 6 weeks, just in time for the opening of my office. This was an absolutely great experience, and I continually get compliments on the chairs.

I was promised the seats in about two-three weeks, they were ready in four days! The chairs are very comfortable and look great.

They were amazing. It looks great. On time and Marge is a peach, fantastic work and a good price.

AAA UPHOLSTERY IS A VERY SMALL BUSINESS WITH A BACK LOG OF WORK THAT SETS THEM BEHIND SCHEDULE. WE WERE MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS OF THE CONTRACTED WORK. AAA SEEMS DEVOTED TO DELIVERING QUALITY WORK.

THEY WERE CHEAP, NICE, AND PUNCTUAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP. THE PEOPLE WERE EXCELLENT, NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
