IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM. THE FIRST TECH THEY SENT OUT HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT TOOK UNTIL THE THIRD GUY TO COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE LOCKS WERE VERY POLITE AND COOPERATIVE. THEY FINISHED ALL 5 LOCKS IN APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
