I visited the store two weeks before Christmas to find carpeting for the office that had flooded when we had a pipe leak. Robert showed me several samples and gave his opinion of what would work for my room within my price range and preferences. I found him very helpful and I think he gave me a good deal on what I picked out. He also ordered it from the carpet manufacturer, and it was ready for installation in less than a week. On the scheduled installation day, it was pouring down rain, and I was worried about having in put in under those conditions, so when the dispatcher called that morning I asked if I could postpone the installation. He had no problem with my request, and we rescheduled for the following week. They came today and did a great job- quick and professional. The carpet looks wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and result.

A-1 has a simple, no frills showroom, but they seem to have a good selection. The salesman, Sam, was nice, professional, and helpful. The installers were nice and helpful as well(helped us move a big TV out of the room even though they didn't really have to). My only minor complaint was that although we were given the day when installation would take place, we we were told that a dispatcher would call us the morning of the installation between 9-10 am. By the time the dispatcher called at 9am, the installers had already arrived 15 minutes before. It turned out fine for us, though, because we had wanted it done the sooner the better.

I WAS HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID. THE PRICE AND THEIR WORK WERE FINE. THE SALESMAN THAT HELPED US WAS NICE, TOO. I WAS REAL HAPPY WITH THEM. I WOULD GO WITH THEM AGAIN.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THE CARPET LAYERS CAME TO THE HOUSE, THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND TOOK OFF MY OLD CARPET AND HAD TO WORK HARD TO GET IT OFF. THEY WERE GREAT.
