5 Points Sash & Doors

We needed 8 Windows and 2 sliders with inside white and outside brown, and 5 interior doors installed.  They were Prompt and Professional and completed entire job with no problems. Avi come to give us a quote on the interior doors, Great Company!!!   Highly recommend them for Doors and WIndows.

Owner came out and gave price on windows....very friendly, professional gentleman. Windows came in and they sent two guys out to install. One delivered and helped with the 6' by 6' window....and then the other man installed the smaller window by himself.
Both men were very professional and friendly. I found out later that I could probably have purchased the same type window for a little less but, I had a window from this organization which I purchased in 1997 and was happy with it so I went with these people...and the fact that they accept Visa greatly influenced me.

From start to finish, professional. From the salesman showing up on time, understanding what was needed and not pushing for doing more or trying to pressure me into something I couldn't afford to the workers, showing up when they were supposed to and finishing the job in one day to cleaning up everything. I was very pleased with the way the project turned out and with the professionalism of everyone. I'm still very pleased.

owner manager did initial estimate and write up in a very professional and complete manner. Appointment was scheduled for detailed measurements by installer. Again professional and thorough. Installation scheduled and was on time quick and neat.

I think it went very well initially because they did the job and cleaned up after themselves. The only problem was their response time in correcting our small problem.

We are still very happy with the quality of the windows 2 years later. We have compliments all the time as they look very nice and they really make our house pop.

Received an estimate promptly. Very pleasant experience. I had used them before. They were always punctual.
A week approx. after the estimate was the measurement.
Two and a half weeks after that the windows were installed.

It went well. The quoted price was good (and better than their competitors) and was what I ended up paying .The installer (David I believe his name is) did a very good job putting in the windows. So far so good.

The company subcontracted the work out to a handyman. He and his helper arrived with the doors. They removed the old doors and checked out the openings to see if anything else needed to be done before the installation. They found that some moulding was not installed properly. They moved the moulding to the proper position then installed the doors. After they left, we checked out the doors. They all functioned as they should, however there were a few screws missing on two of the doors and the leading edges were rough and needed sanding. I called the owner who had the handyman come out and sand the doors. Overall he did a good job, but could have done a better job cleaning up after himself.

Ordered, received and installed windows according to contract.

They were fast. The windows arrived a week after I had ordered them. They did a fast and clean job. They didn’t leave any mess behind. They were on time. I replaced the windows for the tax incentive. Their merchandise was of good quality. They weren’t cheap, though. They called me back when I had questions. They provided me copies of the papers required for my tax work. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future as well.

They scheduled the work for one day, and they finished on time. They provided the paperwork for the building inspector. They even recut my doggy doors so that they were correct. It is nice to have environmentally friendly new doors and windows.

They did a great job. I was very happy with their work.
