Instead of doing a deep clean, they did a general cleaning. I have spent the month since doing the detail work they were supposed to do. By detail work, I mean that they did not clean: (1) the underside of the hanging cabinets above the countertops, where there were dried splashes of food; (2) behind the refridgerator even though I had pulled it out for them; (3) behind the pedistool sink in the bathroom; (4) any of the baseboards in the house; (5) the edges of the kitchen floor where the baseboards meet.
They also left Commet strewn on the walls from where they cleaned the tile floor and there was additional white reside on the landing outside the exterior door. I've done so much of their detail work that I'm not sure what they did in the 8 man hours they were there except clean the microwave and sweep. I had had great experiences with this company the first two times I hired them, but I won't hire them again.

I hired them for about two hours with two employees at the rate of $110. They did an okay job. They were on time. Sometimes they send different crews. I would recommend if you use them regularly that you request the same crew. They are good for a chain company.

The cleaning job was generally pretty good. They were often not reliable. About half the time they arrived very much outside of the time frame window or didn't even show up. I would hire them again, but not over other companies.

Problems began after I was quoted a price for two maids and three showed up. This was a move-out cleaning, and I and a relative were doing some of the work. I anticipated maybe a 2.5-hour job for our two-story townhouse, but after two hours, I could see it wasn't working and said goodbye. With three housekeepers -- doing no vacuuming -- they should have been far more efficient. Instead, they just seemed to huddle in small spaces, fixating on them for 20-, 30-minute blocks. The third "maid" was a guy who pretended to dust. My relative and I ended up doing a lot of the grunt work. Extremely disappointing.

I had an empty condo that I needed to quickly get ready to rent so I called Mission Maids based on Angie's List recommendations. They fit me in within 24 hours, arrived on time, got to work and did a good job. I put a time limit on them, so they could have probably spent more time for a deeper cleaning, but did exactly as I asked. Will certainly hire them again.

I thought they did a good job. The only thing I didn't like is that they used something that scratched the stainless steel. I would however, use them again.

The cleaners did a great job both times. I would use them again but it is just too difficult to make an appointment; it seemingly has to be done over the phone and you can never reach someone the first time calling. It also seemed this company was overwhelmed by the Groupon offer and the voicemail message was borderline surly. Not the best customer service from that standpoint.

My only complaint was that it took a few days for me to get someone to pick up at their contact number. Once I scheduled the appointment, everything was smooth. They sent over a 3-person team who finished the job in under 2 hours. They brought their own cleaning supplies, but were open to using mine if I specifically instructed. The team invited me to inspect their work before leaving. One of the housekeepers spoke English well and was the main contact. Everything was clean as promised. I wouldn't say they went above and beyond, but I was a first time customer and had a Groupon so that may have affected the level of service.

We use mission maids for bi-weekly cleaning and they do a very good job at a decent price. They have been flexible with schedule changes. We recently had a missed appointment but they discounted a make-up visit as a result - very responsive.

I hired Mission Maids to clean an apartment I had just moved out of. The apartment was completely empty and needed to be cleaned well so I could get my security deposit back. They sent one maid, who was about 30 minutes late, but then needed to look for parking, which took about another 15 minutes. She did a very thorough job. She left the apartment sparkling. So the quality of the work itself was very high. Nevertheless, I did not give the company an "A" because the maid was not punctual and they charged me more than the estimate.

First they arrived 1.5 hours late. There was some bad weather and I understand some lateness but they never called to tell me. I had to call them to see where they were. They wiped out some cabinets and vacuumed and I think they did the showers. However, they missed some drawers in the kitchen, left the kitchen sink dirty, the fireplace mantel had some sticky stuff on it that I was able to pick off with my nail, they didn't wipe down cabinets in the laundry room, and didn't wipe down blinds in the master bedroom. I had to pay $40 extra to have the double oven cleaned and that does look good. Just don't feel they did the most basic of cleaning and $200 is a lot to pay

I was on a very tight schedule and after someone else fell through, I decided to call Mission Maids. This was at about 4pm on the day before I needed them to come. They had no problem scheduling two people to come between 8:30 and 9:30am the next morning. They were courteous and quick. I would definitely call them again, especially if I needed someone next day. One thing to consider beforehand is that they do have a $75 minimum. However, one really nice thing is that they charge in 15 minute increments, so you don't end up paying for more than you need.

The carpenters and painters had just finished working in my empty apartment the day before, and I was about to move in the next day. The place was covered with construction debris and dust. I frantically called around looking for someone to clean the place before I moved in. Time was short. Nick at Mission Maids was all over it. He found a crew to come the same day. I left work and met the team during my lunch hour to let them in and give instructions. I returned to work. When I came home from work that evening, the place was spotless, in perfect move-in condition. They brought all their own tools since my place was empty of every stick of furnture or supply. I was happy as a clam.

Just great. Peter phoned me the morning after I posted a request on the company's website. I needed my son's one-bedroom apartment cleaned in only three days. No problem, said Peter! Three very professional women came within the agreed time frame, and did a fabulous job cleaning everything -- oven, fridge, closets, cupboards, walls, ledges, floor, bathroom, everything. The price was right, the job was done right, Peter was accommodating. I was impressed and appreciative. I'll use them again.

The person who answered the phone at Mission Maids was very professional. I left a message and they called me back quickly. They were pretty flexible with scheduling the people to come out. The two housekeepers that came out were very friendly. I thought it was a little expensive, that is why I haven't used them again.

They used a hose in the front of the house (a 100 ft hose)and when complete she piled the hose rather than reeling it back. She also left some leaves and patio debris not collected. I was expecting guests and did not take the time to call them back but rather took care of it myself. I do believe, however that had I called they would have come back to complete the task properly.

They have been fine. They are reliable, polite and friendly. They know I have a cat so they know that they have to watch out for him. Oven, refrigerator and windows are extra.

They did a "superior" job, better than any other team, or person, I've had before. I love my house again. In addition, Roger and Yovana were very pleasant to have around, which is a big plus in my book. The only reason they received a "B" grade in punctuality is because they were supposed to arrive between 8 am and 9:30 am, and they arrived at 9:45 am, not a big deal, but I wanted to remain true to the grading system. Also, there was a little mistake on the bill when it came time to pay, but it was cleared up with a quick call to Peter, who is also extremely pleasant to work with. Kudos to Mission Maids! I plan to have another Mission Maids team come out on Monday (Yovana and Roger's day off), so I'll let you know how they do. Incidentally, I was initially opposed to having a cleaning team, I really wanted to work with just an individual, but Mission Maids changed my mind.

They are fantastic and they are the best. They work really hard and they work to please their customers. My house was sparkling and it smelled wonderful when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone!
