They were fantastic. They are still doing work for me now, so on and off whenever I need something, they do it. Ken is the guy who was in charge and he was very competent. He had a great eye for design and had very good ideas. He brought a lot, in sense of ideas. They were very competitive in terms of their pricing. I felt I was in very good hands. I am using them today for another job.

It went ok, but no better. The job took approximately 2 weeks instead of 4-5 days. The owner was more interested in displaying his wit than performing the job. There was no follow up when I called about an installation issue.

A job he said was a two day job was never completed even after many no show appointments and the work that was done was shoddy and I had to pay to have it redone. They replastered and broke a tile which was never fixed, the plaster was terrible at the joints and the paint showed through to the boards underneath. I did half of the jobs on his list, he bought and installed the wrong color bathroom faucets etc which did not match. I paid for those. The showere head was damaged from overtightening in a sloppy manner, my furniture was to be fixed and he never returned the parts he took to match. Had to buy a new piece of furniture. No showed many times after I arranged to have may dog picked up for the day, came home to find one 5 min job done and the rest undone. After 6 weeks I am fed up. he did not check the work after his guys did it and was completely blase about our appt time. I had company scheduled and had to take them to a restaurent instead as he did not return my call on a Sat to see why it was not complete. A total waste of time and very stressful to have just a few things done.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. IT WAS QUITE BEAUTIFUL AND I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE THAT I PAID FOR WORK OF THIS QUALITY WAS REASONABLE.
