She is great. I have followed her from another vet. She bought this vet from another vet that has retired. I like her. She does acupuncture and other holistic medicines. She does all types of medicines, herbs, food, lasers, a lot of different things in addition to the normal. She gave me a sample for food supplements to see if the cat liked it before I purchased it. No other vet has done that.

I made my first call to Limehouse Vet at 9:00 when they open. I would have been a new client. I requested a check up, chiropractic alignment and nutrition advice for my dog. I also requested an appointment as soon as possible. I was told that they would call me back "later that morning" because they needed to check the schedule of the Doctor who gives chiropractic alignments. No call back that morning. At 2:00 I called them. They had no knowledge or record of my first call. They said they would "check wth other people" and get back to me in an hour. I called AGAIN at 4:30. They said they would call me before the end of the day. They did call after 6pm. I was told "the chiropractor vet was busy, but they would make an appointment with the acupuncture vet and we could go from there". Really? This is NOT what I requested. After three calls just to make an appointment? I decided this was not the clinic for me and my dog if they can't even return a call or handle scheduling an appointment. Not even interested in trying out the vets. Your office staff is causing you to lose money.

Dr. Grey treated one of Our dogs for a kidney problem she prescribed homeopathic remedies and acupuncture. Our dogs kidney profile (blood work) went back to normal after following the treatment she provided. In addition both of our dogs are getting older and they have had problems with back end limping etc, the acupuncture treatments have helped each dog tremendously. While treatments can be expensive the overall results with acupuncture far out way the costs. Highly recommend the acupuncture treatments for your furry friends!

From the very beginning, my animals and I received the most professional and compassionate care. It was the first time that I had taken them for acupuncture and it was an educational and rewarding experience. The staff took their time to explain procedures, expected outcomes and theory. They were also generous with their time in treating my animals and answering all my questions to my satisfaction. I truly believe that the treatments were beneficial to both my cats, one with cancer and one with a torn ACL. Everyone on staff : doctors, technicians and office staff are courteous, friendly and caring. When my cat succumbed to cancer, I went to Limehouse and was received with such loving sympathy. I received a sympathy card as well, signed by the entire staff.

Dr. Gray used to be a mobile vet until she took over the Limehouse practice in Toluca Lake when they recently retired. I like Dr. Gray because she's a holistic vet and doesn't pressure you to do unnecessary procedures like our previous vet. She also offers vaccines that don't contain thimerosal, (which is a potent neurotoxic preservative) and gives you reversal drops to administer afterwards. She doesn't automatically vaccinate your pet every year, she does an annual titer test to check their serum antibody titers for their level of immunity. Vets are overvaccinating pets just as the pediatricians are overvaccinating our kids and it's causing all kinds of chronic illnesses. We also buy our pet food there. They sell a brand of pet food called and quot;Flint River Ranchand quot;, which uses human grade ingredients and doesn't contain all the chemicals, by-products and additives that you find in food at pet stores. Their clinic is a converted house and is very homey and welcoming, it doesn't have that cold, sterile feeling that you get at most vet clinics. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.

I love them. Dr. Jaqueline Gray is the veterinarian there and she is the brand new owner. She does eastern and western medicine. It is really great. If she needs to, she gets down on the floor with the animals. She loves them and they really respond to her. She is super gentle with them. She has introduced a lot of new therapies in the clinic. She has a lot of information since she works with different animals. She even works with wolves. She even e-mails the blood results so that you can see them and ask specific questions, which I have never had before. She is really great.

We have the best veterinarian. They use acupuncture and chiropractics. My five year old lab was crippled and we were afraid we would have to put her down. We went in and they popped her back and put needles in her and she was like a puppy again. Now she is twelve. I would take any dog there. I wouldn't say they were the cheapest, but what they do is worth it. The price is probably mid range.
