Given the economy and the real estate market, we want to make the sale process is as easy as possible so we figured that getting our own home inspected prior to listing would give us a chance to make any upgrades or repairs necessary before hand.
We were told by friends to be careful about selecting a home inspector. Let's just say that we heard our share of horror stories.
We decided to give Justin Murcia of Inspect A Home a try. I must say we were very impressed with his services.
Justin showed up right on time and carefully explained the inspection process to us. He told us that he would take his time because he only does one home inspection per day so he does not have to rush. Then, he did just that. He was very detail oriented and went out of his way to answer all of our questions.
He was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. We really enjoyed working with Inspect A Home and we would gladly refer him to our friends.
