Israel was presentable and knowledgeable. He not only gave us a competitive bid, but also answered all my questions and concerns. After we shopped around, I felt even more comfortable with his bid and scheduled the project. He showed up as scheduled and made sure our living room was covered very well as I have little kids. I also requested to get the job done in one day instead of two and he made sure to bring extra people to assure that. During the final walk through, I pointed at a few minor things and asked them to be tidied up. He gracefully addressed those.

I AM SO IMPRESSED. Charming, intelligent, punctual, talented, INCREDIBLE VALUE, trustworthy, professional... I mean, there are so many words to use about his class, his skill, and his demeanor. He's truly a gentleman and class act, his pricing is of great value... it's not just affordable, but he does a far better, and more complete job, than other people we've used in the past. Not only that, he's so impressive, he's already been hired on by my neighbor, and as he is so near us, our 10 unit HOA sort of thinks he might be a go-to handyman for a lot of the odds and ends around the property. What's more, he was polite and utterly selfless when he came the morning of our first scheduled appointment.... our holidays had been crazy, I got the date wrong, and we didn't have the paint that was necessary. Even though, he came in and was able to fix our broken furnace. I had spent hours on it the previous weekend, and he had it fired up within a few minutes, free of charge... regardless of us not being ready for him. When I got the paint, he offered advice and thoughts on how much, application, how to do it, etc. He was very, VERY clean and respectful of the house, and our curious little dog. He was also able to paint all the walls of each room without moving the furniture out. He just moved around it, and moved it around. I am really excited about Israel. He's obviously taught himself a lot in the decade or so that he has been doing this, and he has done everything from building houses to working on simple projects, including furnaces, painting, hanging *anything*, fixing stuff, and more. THANK YOU ISRAEL. Also... he didn't ever make me feel awkward as a guy who needs another guy to help because I have no idea how to be handy. I can hang stuff, but that stuff falls down in 6 months. Israel saves time, money, and effort. He's a no brainer. THANK YOU SIR!!! See you soon!

Israel Abutbul was early and very professional. He did a great job cleaning the vent and even looked at my furnace as well. I would hire this company again. A very good value for the service.
