They performed all of the following work:
-Demolished the existing deck (about 1200 sq ft)
-New irrigation
-New pumps and heater (with addition of larger gas line)
-Pebble tech the pool bottom
-Addition of in-pool spa + tanning shelf
-Addition of auto-fill system
-New stylish concrete deck
-Irrigated for solar heating to be added in the future
Myles and all of his team were amazing to work with. Top-notch workmanship that is going to last for years to come. 
The only things that I could possibly even say were not up to par were: (1) The estimation of the project's overall time-frame and (2) the final inspection. It has now been 3 months at the time of this posting and we still don't have our final inspection completed. They should allow a 5% payment holdback that is collected once the final inspection is completed.
Other than that, I would highly recommend The Leak Detectors and will be using them for future projects.

They repaired a leak on our pool. They were punctual and professional and they got the job done pretty quickly.

They showed up on time. After they left me with an open ended estimate of over $4500, if all jets had to be replaced, I decided to do some leak testing on my own. I purchased the appropriate plugs at a pool supply store and plugged up all of the jets and outlets. Funny thing, the water was still leaking at the same rate as it had been when I called "THE LEAK DETECTORS"--about 1 and 1/2 inches/day. Not a really slow leak and obviously not in one or more of the jets. Having determined that the leaks were not in the jets I started looking for alternatives on the internet. WALA I found "FIX-A-LEAK" 32oz for $27.00 (free shipping) on EBAY. I ordered and on receipt I poured it into the spa as directed and ran the system for a couple of days without the filter. It's now been over two years since that first application of "FIX-A-LEAK" and there is no sign of leakage. My total cost of repairs , including replacing the suction grate came to less than $50 and all of the tiles still match.

It was a major job and they did it in five days. They had to replace the tile and take off the old plaster. They did a fantastic job. Their price was reasonable. They are very responsive.
