These guys were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They were very honest with me about how there really wasn't much they could do about the urine without replacing the carpet pad. They cleaned it as best they could, even offering to do the rest of the room. I checked it that night with a blacklight, and although it was less reflective, it was kind of just spread out more. I will probably go over it again myself with my own steamer (once I buy one...) and some apple cider vinegar before I 'suck it up' and replace the pad.

THEY DID REALLY WELL. THE CARPETS WERE REALLY DIRTY, BUT THEY MADE THEM LOOK REALLY, REALLY GOOD. I WAS SURPRISED AT WHAT A GOOD JOB THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME SOME HELPFUL TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP THEM CLEANER.
