It was the second time I had used them. They fixed several things free of charge, they are very professional and I will be sad to lose them when I move out of the area.

Took the entire day to diagnose the problem, although it seems it's a rare problem. they were very professional about the process. They filled my transmission with Valvoline Maxlife Dex/Merc contrary to my instructions and tag on dipstick to use a TES-295 fluid like Castrol Transynd. They were able to locate a special coolant filter. $71 for an Allison spin on is ridiculous, but they used a spare I had and dropped the charge. They used and charged for twice as much transmission fluid for the flush than they estimated. That was an extra $90. They charged me for orange Dexcool but used universal coolant, glad I caught that charge, saved $20 there. They didn't explain if they used tap water or distilled water for the radiator fill, since they flushed it with dish soap to get the transmission fluid out of the coolant system, I think they used tap water. The truck is running and appears okay at this point, I'll spend another $200 to replace the transmission fluid in a couple of months..

They did fine work. I will be using them again soon for an oil change.

My minivan needed basic maintenance. Made appointment through their website. They honored my appointment even though I was 30 minutes late, so I really appreciated that. The worker who helped me was Wade and he was very friendly and helpful. I was also introduced to Pete, who is the owner of the shop. I dropped car off at 10:00am and car was ready by 2:30pm. They also found a torn axle boot while doing inspection. I did not repair at that time. I also learned that their work (labor+parts)comes with a 2 year, 24k warranty through NAPA . The downside is that their prices are high. I paid 69.99 for oil change and 225.00 for transmission flush. But, I was told prices before work started. It may be that they are more reasonable with auto repair.

They did a really good job. Its a family owned operation and they have a very neat and tidy facility. The employees are very courteous. They are a AAA approved garage. I would recommend them to others.
