Due to the scope of the work we wanted done, we planned to be out of the house while the work was done. That plan didn't work and so we decided to have the work done, while we lived in the house. Jim guaranteed the work would be done as quickly as possible, while considering our privacy and work schedule. He kept his word. He and his crew were very mindful of our personal space including the well-being and protection of our 13 year old cat.
We are completely satisfied with all the work Jim and the CB builder crew did for us. They stayed within budget and with one exception the promised time frame. The one time frame exception occurred when our flooring supplier shorted us on our flooring order. Jim dealt with the supplier and got everything worked out. The whole crew was professional, courteous and friendly. They took great care to take care of our house, the project and our belongings making sure on a daily basis they left our house tidy and secure.
We have referred Jim and CB to other family and friends and all have been delighted. We look forward to working with Jim and CB Builders on Phase 2 of our home improvement plan. This will include a bathroom re-model and exterior painting of our house.
