They were very nice, and did a great job at the installation. They followed up well, were tidy, had competitive pricing and guaranteed their work.

From the initial visit to their showroom, Greg's interaction with us was totally professional and informative. He carefully listened to us and always worked to meet our expectations. He visited our new home and made suggestions that were in response to our needs (and not with how much extra stuff and costs he could add on). Wilshire was the third company we received an estimate from and they were clearly head and shoulders above the others. Their installation tech's were respectful of our home and totally competent in every area. The result of their expertise and efforts is that we have a system that meet our needs and is awesome. The only suggestion for this outstanding company would be to follow-up after the job is completed to fully measure the customers satisfaction and comfort level with the various components. We did contact Greg about a TV sharpness issue and he visited us on his day off.
