They were wonderful. We have used them 3 times. We had an accident and they were here within hours and responded. They are very friendly. We're talking with them while they are working away. It was perfect. The price depends on how many rooms we have done. Since my wife had them and she's quite a bargainer, I imagine she's happy. I know it wasn't cheap but it was worth it if we get the quality.

Great. Luis and Santos did a professional job so well that my kitchen and bathroom tiles look like new. They explained every step.

The service was excellent. They were unable to get the stain out the first time, but they were very persistent and came back. I really appreciated that, and they were able to take care of it.
