They did not do the work in time. When I called I was told it would be another eight days. I should have been a priority since I had called four weeks prior but they didn't care about that

The service man was excellent.

They are good and I never have them come out to fix anything since everything is running fine for me. When I needed help with the reception they were able to do it right from their office.

I have unlimited texting and mobile to mobile. Most of my family has mobile to mobile so it keeps my bill down quite a bit and it gives me some free minutes for other calls. Basically, I don't go on the internet or use any of the apps or anything like that. I just do the normal for two phones. I would recommend them. They give good service and I get good reception at most places I go so there is no problem. I've used them for several years. They offered a promotion at the beginning and then slowly took the cost up like all the other companies. The only reason I still with them is because Consumer Reports has always had them highly rated for reception.

I have been affilitated with this company for about 20 years and will use them again in the future.

I've been with them for years. I like them. I have a home line and cell phone through them as well as internet. Another competitor in town had service trouble and a lot of people lost their service but I didn't because I am with Verizon. There might be companies with better prices but I don't know what their service is like.

They gave me incorrect information over the phone that I could go for 4G and they didn't have 4G for my area; so it was a mess with my laptop and it took a long time to get it fixed and then because I ordered over the phone instead at the store, the store couldn't exchange the device, which was ordered through phone.
It was just a nightmare. I would continue to use them. I am happy with the devices, but customer service was poor.

We spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon beginning Nov. 6,2011, to verify that we could move and retain our landline number that we have had for over 15 years. We called again prior to actually requesting the move order on Feb 9, 2012, and reaffirmed that we could retain our phone number after moving just four miles away. The phone service hook up was delayed by three days, but finally our old 682 number was in service at our new home!! It lasted for nine days. Long enough for us to send out announcements of our new address and announcing that our phone number was the SAME as it had been. Suddenly, on March 1st., callers began to receive a and quot;this number is no longer in serviceand quot; recording. We spent even MORE hours on the phone being transferred to numerous departments, only to be told that our old number could NOT be ported to our new address. Gee, then why did it work at the new address for nine days?????? This is terrible treatment of long time, loyal customers. We will be going to another carrier as soon as possible. AVOID VERIZON. THEY LIE!

See above. Please let me know who provides good internet service where you can have three computers running at once.

I don't have any complaints. Sometimes it goes out and I call the number and they get it fixed. It doesn't happen very often. The price seems high but it is fair.
