Furniture - Sales
I called to talk to a manager about the pillows and he said they were out of the pillows and knew they were missing. I called the local area representative and asked for a return with money back and if not even a store credit because I shop in the store so much. They pretty much said tough luck and that I could not return it. I am very disappointed. They have bad customer service. The Better Business Bureau called and tried to get a resolution and they did not respond. Now I am stuck with a sofa with missing pillows.
