+ -1 moreHe caused an already painful sale to be utterly excruciating. My parents' interests were represented by an agent who has been part of the real estate business in the Conejo Valley for more than 35 years. He is well respected as a consummate professional, honest and thorough, and highly schooled in legal issues surrounding the real estate industry. He is known for his expertise and attention to detail. Dave was frustrated by my agent's adherence to his principles, and at his attention to present and future legal issues involved in the sale. His retribution resulted in long delays in closing. The primary complaint I have is with his unprofessional communications, not limited to my agent, but including me, the sellers, and other related real estate entities, in which he made defamatory accusations and remarks against my agent. Dave McLaughlin proved to be a negative, immature, and unprofessional aspect in the sale of my parents' home, and has left an indelibly bad impression of his practices a a real estate broker.
Description of Work: Dave represented buyers in the sale of my parents' home in Malibou Lake.
