I contacted SO-CAL Pressure Wash after seeing the "before and after" the service was used on a neighbors house. Tommy uses a pressure washer that not only functions at 5000 psi but heats the water to 300+ degrees. This seems to get things cleaner and kills the substance growing on tile/concrete roofs. The results were fantastic. It seems there are other pressure washing companies with similar names. This is the one related to "Rancho Rd" in Thousand Oaks with an 805 telephone number. I got 2 other bids that were over twice as much and did not have the "heat" function. The other companies included window cleaning which was not included in this service. I personally would rather save $700 and clean my own windows. All in all I was very pleased with the results and I would use the company again.
