The owner, Samuel, never once supervised the job. He handed the keys to my home over to two of his workers. The floors were done so badly that there are actually swirl marks visible from the sander in the finished floors. They never did any prep work. They stained all of my white baseboards in the process of doing the floors. When I spoke with Samuel after the job was completed, he attempted to fix two bad areas but actually made it even worse. I'm completely unhappy with the swirl marks and uneven painting.
