Richard Miller Plumbin

On a SUNDAY I found I had a cracked drain line that ran in the studs in the wall, under my sink, behind my dishwasher and then T'd off to an exterior drain clean out. Richard arrived (same day) when he said he would, had the tools, parts and supplies necessary to do the job. Better yet, he had the knowledge and experience to do the job in a really professional manner. This could have turned into a major nightmare with the exterior stucco needing to be repaired because it was torn out to gain access to the 40 year old (glued) black pipe fittings. Richard had an amazing tool that reamed out the old fittings to the exact dimensions necessary and was able to repair everything from the inside. Then he insisted on cleaning up ALL the mess the repair had made. I noticed when he left that he had even put a tray under his van to be sure it didn't drip anything on my driveway! Way to go Richard !! I've lived here so long (TOHS class of '70 - go Lancers!) that I get asked for the name of good tradesmen frequently. I've gotten reluctant to give references because so many of the really good ones have retired or moved on. I'm glad to be able to say "I've found an amazing plumber that I'd refer to even my best friend".
