Reign Roofing replaced the flat roof on my house. The roof had two layers of old torch-down and hot-mop roofing. The project involved a complete tear-off, followed by the installation of a new Polyfresko torch-down cap sheet over an Elastoflex underlayment. I’m extremely pleased with my decision to choose Reign Roofing after meeting with several reputable roofing contractors and considering different materials. Reign Roofing specializes in Polyfresko for flat roofs, and their team is highly experienced with this system. The final result, a "cool roof," looks bright white and modern. The roof is also much cleaner, as the project included removing several old roof penetrations that were no longer necessary. I had previously cut these pipes and vents below the roof, allowing them to be easily removed during the tear-off. The project was mainly coordinated by Levi, who was an excellent communicator and always addressed my concerns. The owner, Max, also visited several times, including a walk-through before the work began. I appreciated the reassurance that minor cost variations wouldn’t lead to unexpected extra charges for plywood, rafters, hangers, sheet metal, etc. The crew was dedicated and hardworking, guided by the steady leadership of foreman Jose. They worked well together and completed the project on schedule in just two weeks, including inspections. I highly recommend Reign Roofing for any industrial or commercial roofing project.

We chose Reign Roofing to replace our 20+ year-old shingles roof, and we are so glad we did! Tito, our project manager, was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient as we asked numerous questions and requested various samples and estimates to help us decide. Since we were paying out of pocket, we wanted to make sure we selected shingles that would complement the planned repainting of our home. We also wanted a style that resembled the texture we liked, with a more dimensional look. After careful consideration, we decided on the ArmourShake in Chalet Wood. While it was a bit more expensive, it was absolutely worth the investment! I’ve included a close-up photo of the new roof to showcase the texture. The shingles have a beautiful 3D effect with multicolored pieces, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. We've already received several compliments from our neighbors! The crew was respectful of our property and did an outstanding job. One of our neighbors even called to praise the team for thoroughly cleaning up before leaving each evening.

I am beyond thrilled with the work Reign Roofing Inc. did on our project. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and exceeded our expectations.
