The service was excellent and they were able to come over right away. After the upholstery was finished, I asked how much to clean the family room rug, and was quoted another $90.00, but ended up getting it for $80.00. The only reason I gave a fair review as to price was because as the van pulled away I noted it said, "Three rooms for $79.00."

Arrived on time, hard worker, consciousness, personable, professional and provided realistic expectations regarding final results. Very pleased with entire experience.

I can not sing their praises loudly enough - really lovely service team showed up on time, and performed a miracle making my filthy, snagged, worn looking carpet (I thought I would have to replace it) look as new as the day it was installed. They also cleaned two very dirty white sofas, and when there a couple spots still after it dried, they made an appointment to come back out immediately and couldn't have been nicer about it. 

I have some ceramic tiles in the kitchen and they were kind of dirty so I asked them to come to the house and clean. I think they did fine. It was not perfect but it better than it was before. They actually contacted me once they got the order and tried to schedule it. they also contacted me when they couldn't make it to reschedule. On the day they came, hey couldn't finish because they had to wait for the floor to be completely dry. I really appreciated they help. One thing I didn't like is that on their advertisement they said that they were going to seal the tiles but in the end they only sealed the grout between the tiles. they didn't seal the tile surface. I thought the price was fair.

The service from beginning to end, was exceptional.  The Customer Service Agent was polite, professional, and the actual cleaning was great.  We will hire Quality Carpet in the future.

Excellent work and great price.  I've used them twice and would definitely use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised.  It was the best carpet cleaning I have had.  The carpets stayed wet for 8 hours, but appreciate having carpets cleaned so throughly.  Got out some stains that were not removed via other carpet cleaners were unable to remove.

The gentleman was very nice and I felt secure with him in my home. He did a great job on the old carpet I had considering that my grand piano was not able to be moved for the cleaning. I would definitely call them again!
