The carpet cleaning was done by Prestige and they are very good. They were great. They were fast, efficient, very nice and not overly expensive. They did the job and they did the job well, quickly and not expensively. They are good. My husband reached out to them and I don't think we heard back. I don't know if they are just really, really busy. **Update 6/8/2016 - They're still excellent to work with and they are very accommodating. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The carpet had two prominent stains in the living room. Andrew indicated that two stains might reappear if they had gone all the way into the padding, but indicated that there were two ways to deal with that if it happened: he could apply an enzyme to "eat" the source of the stain, or pull back the carpet and replace only the underlying padding. He made it clear that there was no reason to replace the carpet itself.

The result was terrific. He has cleaned carpeting and upholstery in our home and rental properties many times. His professionalism is first rate, his service is top notch and his prices are quite fair.

The whole overall experience went very well.

Andrew did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and upholstery at our house. Before the cleaning we were seriously considering re-carpeting but couldn't afford that expense. When it was done the carpets looked almost brand new. And there were none of those games that the big carpet cleaning franchises play like "Well this is as good as it's gonna get unless we use the super duper cleaning solution for another $100." The price was very fair and it didn't change. Andrew takes a lot of pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy with the results. He is a true professional. We will never use any other carpet cleaner.
