Sebastien and Dominico came to my house to give me an estimate and a few days later then were doing the install. It took them the better part of a day since it was a big job but they were extremely professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it, which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 will definitely be calling them again for any future projects!

I am very satisfied overall. I received a call back within a few hours after placing my service request and the technician came the following morning. He was very neat and professional, he had booties to walk on my carpets. His computer had a pro app for estimates with set prices where he check marked all applicable to my issue with a malfunctioning plug so the price was clear. As I agreed, the tech was done in 1.15 min. The only reason why I do not give this business “excellent” but “good” is because of the price. The replacement of 1 bad plug 1 panel breaker costed me $823. I was not able to compare this rate to others as nobody else called me back so it was a conscious choice if mine. For something non urgent I would take a couple of more estimates next time. May be my rate expectations are somewhat dated. So no regrets.
