I would give a minus star if I could. Unless someone's goal of care is just beautiful smile, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Chow for preventive and standard dental care. I had a partial crown and a filling after removing amalgam from two molars. He did partial crown on a tooth that had a crack already and I had to pull the tooth out after going through severe pain with chewing over a year. I endured the pain thinking that would go away and didn't do my homework for the problem until one day I woke up in an excruciating pain in the jaw. Looking back, root canal and full crown should have saved the tooth for a while. He failed to inform me of possible risks including infection in the cracked tooth with ongoing tooth pain or didn't have insight any better than me. The other one with filling was so sensitive that I was never be able to use it almost for two years and now finally a full crwon is going to be put on in a week. Moreover, they made it very difficult to get my records. When I asked my x ray emailed to go to an endodontist, they couldn't do it due to HIPPA even though they always were always doing it before. Dr. Chow got to review it and then they would release my x ray only to their referring specialists which is supposely illegal. Otherwise, they were going to charge me $60.00.

My experience with him was very good. I have been going to Dr. Chow since he moved to the area. It's been kind of a professional quick in and out procedure. Everybody is really friendly in the office. I think they have been doing things to improve their office. They have upgraded their instrumentation and the environment of the offices, for both cosmetic and getting and redoing the office. It was a bit dated, prior to, about a year ago. So they have actually actively done the remodeling and improving the environment for the patients. It's very easy to get in. Everything has been really good. I've been happy with all of my treatments. They take care of the billing and administration for me. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We like him. He is good and clean. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. That is important for us. We are planning on staying put with him.

Dr. Chow does everything and does it with perfection and compassion. I have had crowns, implants, root canals, everything. I love the man and his staff. His equipment is the most up-to-date, digital, computerized, Highly recommend this practice.
