He changed a valve in the downstairs shower. Before he left, I checked all of his other projects that he did throughout the house and everything seemed okay. The contractor left and later sent his son back to collect a check from us. The next day I found out that he left parts and the valve wasn't repaired, leaking even worse with water all over the floor. It ended up costing us a lot more because of all the repairs we had to have done afterwards. Surely he would have noticed this, but he didn’t even tell us and when I called him later he never responded or came back to fix the problem. I later noticed that a lot of the other projects he performed around the house weren’t done very well. The pane in the door he supposedly fixed still has the same problem it did before he worked on it. He also put up a trampoline and did it the wrong way and had to take it apart and then still charged us for most of the time to do it even though he made that error.
Description of Work: He changed a valve in our downstairs shower guest room, fixed a pane in our door, hung a mirror and a few other projects around the home.
