They opened up the motor section and determined that the problem was a missing gear tooth. It was an older appliance, and not worth the cost of fixing it, even if the part could be found. (The model was discontinued, ,so it was not to be.) They took their time to assist me and didn't charge me anything.

They are pretty good. If you look their reviews, they are always excellent. I've been there a ton of times. They are excellent. They are very, very good. They've been so good. I was going to nominate them for the "Business of the Year." I was a little too late to do it. I've worked with them for probably 25 years. Every time I go in there, people just are awed by the service they get. It's a very dingy little store but they do a great job. Sometimes, it's just invaluable. They often help you out on a project. They check the items for you and stuff. They are very, very thorough. They just know everything. I think he's excellent. The parts are reasonable. He won't come out to your house or anything but he explains to you on the phone. He'll show you the part, what to do and how to get in. He's a very, very helpful guy. I would give them A++. They are outstanding.

I HAD A LITTLE PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT BROKE OFF IN MY DISHWASHER THAT WAS CAUSING THE TOP DRAWER TO FALL OUT OF THE TRACK. THE OWNER OF THE STORE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PIECE WAS, EXPLAINED TO ME HOW THEY MADE IT, THE COST TO MAKE IT WAS LESS THAN THE PACKAGING IT CAME IN, AND SOLD IT TO ME. HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY INFORMATIVE.
