With family coming into town over the holidays and El Nino on the way, it was a bad time to find out the house and yard drainage were damaged. I contacted several vendors to get the walkway concrete replaced. Mike powers was the most responsive vendor, even more surprising since he had a long backlog of work already scheduled. He was honest about his schedule and timing, and understanding when I was able to get the work done by another vendor just prior to family and weather arriving. I would contact Mike Powers again about any future work.
"Thank you, Mike Power"
We've had Mike do several projects for us. I am an architect and work with a lot of contractors. Mike is pro among pro's. In my line of work I've had to deal with incompetent contractors who provide low ball pricing and then look for ways to cut corners to increase their profits and/or minimize their loss. That corner cutting results in poor quality workmanship, project delays, etc. Mike knows his business and provides a fair price for a job done right. His knowledge, experience and professionalism isn't factored into the price.... it comes for free and is of incredible value.
It is a pleasure to work with Mike and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, and quick. During construction the job site is orderly and clean. When they are done with their work they leave the site like they found it. We will be calling Mike for our next project!
