Kevin Christian, the owner of McElroy Overhead Door, arrived on time for the estimate and the installation. The removal and installation were completed in a timely manner. The result meets my expectations.

My garage door spring had snapped in half.  One of the rollers had come off and the door was hanging lopsided.  McElroy was able to come to my house the same day and repaired everything in less than 30 minutes.  The price was very fair.  He was professional and friendly.  In fact, he left our garage door running the smoothest and quietest it had run in years.

It was a somewhat atypical installation which required some pre-installation alterations on our part. However, Kevin clearly and thoroughly communicated what was necessary.and as a result his installation went very smoothly.

I called Kevin to order an insert for my garage.  He told me that it would be approximately $40.  When the insert arrived I found out that he had to order it as a pair for $50,  but would only charge me $25.  Unfortunately, I had given him the wrong name for the particular insert that I ordered so I offered to pay the $25 because it was my mistake. He refused the money.  If I need a job on my garage I will be calling Kevin.

We dealt with Kevin at McElroy Overhead Door Company. Kevin is knowledgeable and honest, and quick to respond to phone messages. He assisted in the selection of the doors, offering valuable insight concerning the options available to us. He ordered the doors from Martin Garage Doors and installed them after they arrived. The installation was flawless.

Everything was great. They did the repair and the estimate for the work was way below the $700.00 estimate we received from another company. We ended up paying just $150.00 and the door works great.
