Maribel oversees the job done by her workers but is not present during the actual cleaning. She made sure the quality of work was acceptable the first time. The second time, one of her cleaners slammed my sliding plantation shutters that broke a whole panel, but left it without notifying me of the incident. Luckily I discovered it within the hour after they left and was able to hold Maribel responsible. She dealt with it professionally and fairly, paying for the costly repairs. But overall, they no longer work for me because the quality slipped very quickly and found their services not worth it.

She, Maribel, was about 30 minutes late, but had a great team. She takes each 1-2 smaller team to a room/bathroom, says things to them, then moves on. She checked rooms when they were done. Brought her own equipment. We've hired her 4-5 times. Each time different items have received special, careful care. She's been late, but calls or texts ahead of time except once. Strong accent, but understands fine.

Maribel and her team have been our regular house cleaners since we found them on Angie's list about 8-9 months ago. We have a 4 bed, 2 bath house and they clean everything, including windows, every two weeks. I have never had a better house cleaner in the last 10 years. They are flexible to my needs every time including scheduling and arrive on time. I have also found them trustworthy. Recently they steam cleaned my carpets and did better than the specialist carpet cleaning service I had in the past. I have recommended them to friends.

She comes every other week with 3-4 others, so they get finished in an hour, and she is there to supervise. They do a thorough job, and are fine with me asking, did you do such and such, or be sure to vacuum the attic floor this week. I'm OK with them coming late most of the time, and they are flexible when I cancel. I always stay while they clean, because of a bad experience with a previous cleaner, and they work around me, and let me know when they're ready to clean the area I'm sitting in. They're always cheerful and it's a pleasure to have a clean house when they finish.

Bad experience -Not worth the money!

I started using Maribel in October, and decided to reserve my review until I had used them a while. They started out great, doing a great job, but after a few weeks, started showing up late. Twice she did not even show up at all !!! I had to call her and she said she and quot;forgotand quot;. So I started to make a note to call her EVERY week the day before she was scheduled to come over to remind her.
One time I called to remind her and confirm a 2:30 pm time and the next day she didn't show. I called her and she said she was on the freeway en route from an area that in traffic would only take about one hour. She did not show up until 5:30pm !
Lately, the people she was bringing were hit and miss. Alot of things did not get cleaned. I would ask Maribel to talk to the ladies because they didn't speak English and she did, except the problem was that she was not paying attention to what they were doing. She should have been over seeing her workers to make sure they were doing what she told them to do.
The no shows and showing up late went on for months, until I finally had to tell her that I had to stop using her service. She is not reliable and cannot be counted on to show up on time.
She also started changing the schedule of times and dates, which I could not deal with.
I was paying her $100 every other week and was not getting my money's worth, and could not count on her to show up.

I jumped the gun on rating this company. At first they were very good and I gave them an A rating. Then they began coming late and would rush to get done and not as good a job. Since I schedule what I have to accomplish around jobs I set up at home, it is imperative that times are met as close as possible. I had asked Maribel if she ever has an opening on Friday to let me know as Sat seemed to be very busy for her and she was not arriving at scheduled time; As much as an hour late. This past Wednesday she called and said she could come today (Friday) between 2 and 2.30. This is great. I had appointments set that would run into Fri afternoon. I changed them for morning so I would be home by 1:30. I arrived and at 2PM, no Maribel, 2:30 came and went, no Maribel. I called and left her a message and said if she could not be here within 15 minutes that we would not be able to do it. Did not hear from her until after 3 and she said she could be here in 15 minutes. I said we would have to part company as I need someone I can rely on as I have my schedule to keep as well. Maribel is a nice person and I am very disappointed it did not work out.
If you are someone that has no problem with time schedules you should be pleased with her work. If you have time restrictions, she is not the person for you.

Maribel and her team of 3 associates arrived exactly at the designated time. The came equipped for all tasks and immediately spread out into the house each with their assigned areas. They worked feverously for 3 and frac12; hours without breaks or slowdowns. When finished our home was spotless. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and thoroughness of this team. They did a fantastic job and will be returning to our home.

At first (on Feb 23rd) was not happy as they where almost 2 hours late. It was late and mother-in-law was becoming insistent to get back to her qtrs. They did a beautiful cleaning job. We talked about the timeframe and advised we would like to use them every other week but have to have the set time. Maribel said they would be here on time so we went forward. Happy to report they arrived on time, and again, did a wonderful job.

They did a great cleaning job. I will follow up with the arrival issue.

I called and spoke to Maribel the week before the service. Within an hour of my call, she came to the house to give an estimate of the cost for the service. The morning of the service she and 3 others arrived about 20-30 minutes later than expected, but subsequently worked very hard for the next 4 hours cleaning nearly every possible surface. I did notice that one of the cleaners seemed a bit less thorough than the others; I was in the room with her while she was dusting and I had to go over a few areas myself to really get all of the dust -- but to be fair, these areas behind the computer desk and printer had not been dusted in an eternity.
Overall we were very pleased with the service and would use Maribel's cleaning service again for regular cleanings.

Overall, we were very happy with the service and the cost. Maribel came out beforehand and did a walk-through in order to provide an estimate. The service was scheduled on a Saturday when we could be home and each time they showed up punctually and ready to start cleaning. We will definitely use them again when needed. I happily gave them a nice tip on top of the service fee which given the size of the house and the last time it had been cleaned was very reasonable, imo.

It went great. I left a message on Friday. I received a call back the following Monday. She left a message apologizing because she'd been out of town over the weekend. I explained what I needed and she agreed to do it the next day, which was exactly what I needed. She apparently had an earlier job and agreed to meet my sister (who was handling this) at the condominium at 4:30 p.m.
She arrived on time and did an absolutely beautiful job. Windows were done inside and out, and even the floors look great. I had planned on having the wood floors polished, but she did such a nice job on them I was able to save my money. That was a real surprise. She initially quoted me $180.00 and I really thought that was a little low, but that was what she said. After finishing the job, she told my sister she wanted another $30.00 for the windows. I happily send her a check. It was well worth the money. I would love to hire her as my cleaning person, but I've had someone for about 15 years and while she doesn't do a very good job, I'm sort of stuck with her.

I have nothing but compliments for Marybelle and her team. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they paid attention to the little details and really gave the house a thorough cleaning. The crew of 3 was hard working; they did everything they said they would and all had a great attitude. I will use them again and I recommend them without reservation. I appreciated the fact that Marybelle quoted a flat rate, rather than an hourly fee and we decided to pay them more than was quoted because of the terrific job they did.

Amazing work. Basic cleaning tasks excellent, yet the most satisfied with how Maribel asked, listen, and complete special requests.
