THEY ARE THE WORST! it took almost three months for them to get the part despite the fact I know I can order so ething from China and get it overnight. There was nothing custom or extraordinary about the part. Constant promises with no follow through and we had no pool over the Summer and spent hundreds of dollars on chlorine, salt, and shock treatment to keep the pool from turning into a total lagoon. When the part finally did arrive, the charged us full retail price, a 180.00 fee, I guess for labor AND a 25.00 trip fee. When my husband called, they offered about 100.00 worth of product. That was it. My husband hung up. We are done and will never use them again.
