Doug is reliable, capable, efficient, honest, and reasonable. Doug has worked for us for years at residential and commercial properties, doing both repairs and new installation. He is amazing!

Doug, the owner of Len Airconditioning & Heating usually comes out to do his service work himself. Since he was doing a furnace removal, and install he brought another journeyman with, to assist in a speedy install. Doug is one of the "Good guys" who once again left me feeling I got my money's worth. His work is professional and pricing very competitive. I had used him in the past to do service work on my air cond../heating system and that's why I turned to him for the "Big job." After installing the new furnace I felt the noise level was a bit much. It had nothing to do with a faulty installation, or sub par product. It was just a product of my home. I called and Doug came out, spent over an hour adding sound deadening material, along with "Adjustments" and solved the problem. He is the best and has my highest recommendation.
