Excellent.  We are very pleased with the solution Mr. Katz and his team provided for the rotted balcony.  There was an original design problem with the balcony that was allowing water to seep into the house.  They lowered an offending beam which was previously causing the floor of the balcony  to tilt toward the house allowing water to get into the house.  They put in a composite slat flooring that is placed a bit farther apart so that any rainwater that does land on the balcony will not remain but instead runs through the slats as it should.  The flooring is beautiful and looks like real wood.  They also designed and installed a rain water redirection system which keeps water away from the wall where the balcony joins the second floor of the house.  They worked tirelessly to achieve the work on-time.  They came to do a professional job and brought their full attention and expertise the entire time at our house.  Everyday the site was straightened and they left a clean and ready project at the end of the job.  The result is beautiful.  We now feel safe on our balcony and happy to fix the moisture issue.
