+ -1 moreExcellent. We are very pleased with the solution Mr. Katz and his team provided for the rotted balcony. There was an original design problem with the balcony that was allowing water to seep into the house. They lowered an offending beam which was previously causing the floor of the balcony to tilt toward the house allowing water to get into the house. They put in a composite slat flooring that is placed a bit farther apart so that any rainwater that does land on the balcony will not remain but instead runs through the slats as it should. The flooring is beautiful and looks like real wood. They also designed and installed a rain water redirection system which keeps water away from the wall where the balcony joins the second floor of the house. They worked tirelessly to achieve the work on-time. They came to do a professional job and brought their full attention and expertise the entire time at our house. Everyday the site was straightened and they left a clean and ready project at the end of the job. The result is beautiful. We now feel safe on our balcony and happy to fix the moisture issue.
Description of Work: Replaced a rotted balcony, solved a moisture problem caused by the original design of the balcony, painted the stucco and new fixtures.

Description of Work: Mark and his team guided me through an extremely difficult "recovery" whole house remodel. Afterbeing left with an unfinished house and a lien I had remove from the house I was in no place to have to deal with a long remodel and contractors. I felt like Mark was always there, looking out for my best interests, guiding me through the difficult process and making good when things didn't go as well as I (or he) thought that they should. He has very high standards and is meticulous and careful and trains his guys to be the same way or lets them know when they are not. A problem has developed with some kitchen cabinets and he is continuing to work to get the issue resolved. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
