He was fine. We had no problem. He came out pretty quickly and he did the job onsite. It didn't take too long and the price was reasonable. We would use him again.

He was very nice and upfront about the cost of it. It was the going rate and it was really frustrating that for 10 seconds of work, I had to pay him $82.50. Another quote was a little cheaper and I probably should have gone with it, but I was in a pinch and needed it. He was nice and I didn't have anything negative to say about it. He was professional and great. My only problem was with the cost. I would call around for prices in the future because I think they are a little high.
