Window Treatment Service
I purchased drapes from JC Penny and I had them delivered to my home.The drapes that I had ordered were very wrinkled when I finally got the drapes put up. JC Penny had to contact the company that they had purchased them from and the original company said that the drapes need to be steamed to get the wrinkles out. It was a positive experience up until the point that I had to deal with the company that JC Penney had ordered the drapes from. JC Penney was very good to try and solve the problem to the best of their ability. The salesman at JC Penney was very good at staying in contact with me and letting me know what they were trying to do to help solve the problem but in the end it was the original company who would not solve the problem.
