Initially I was skeptical about ICS because they lost my phone number and there was some confusion about why I had dropped off my car to them (they thought my car was there for routine service). However, once I reached out to them and cleared up the confusion, they were amazing. My air conditioning was fixed quickly, and they did not attempt to upsell me or tell me that any parts needed replaced unecessarily. The price was more than fair and I got a free oil change due to the original misunderstanding. My husband and I even offered to pay them for the cost of the oil, filter, and disposal fees for the oil change but they wouldn't hear of it. This was my first time taking my car here but it will be the only place I go in the future.

I have had ICS service my vehicle(s) several times since my first review. They are competitively priced and do good work. However, I have had difficulty getting an accurate diagnosis from them. I have had to go to the car maker to get a diagnosis then have ICS do the work. I fairness, both of my vehicles have had some unusually difficult problems to diagnose and my be beyond their ability due to lack of diagnostic equipment or similar limitations.

Otherwise, Sean and his staff have treated me with honesty and the utmost professionalism.

Great service from Sean. Explained everything well and I could verify that it was right on being familiar with what needed to be done. Pricing was excellent and glad that I saved a lot over going with the local Lexus dealer. Not having a loaner was a bit of a pain but Sean had it fixed as soon as he got the part in. And it was a great opportunity to rent and try out a hybrid or electric vehicle and the Enterprise Green Office blocks away!

They were really good. They were very nice. Its family owned and I just liked them. They worked with me. They told me what the cost was going to be and got it done the way I wanted it. Overall, they were excellent. I'm going to use them again.
