Ceiling Fan Service, Electrical Service
I asked Erik Gates (by phone) and asked how much would it cost me to do the job mentioned and he said it would cost me $480. Based on that answer, I hired him to do the work. He came to my house in the morning and started working and I left him there with some other workers considering I was having some remodeling work done. By the way, he was referred to me by the same contractor who is remodeling my bathrooms. He was at my house 8 hours which I am still perplexed as to why he was there that long and didn't install the ceiling fans that day since the light fixtures he removed caused some patchwork to be done and it had to dry. When I came home I found an invoice for way above what he told me by phone and was shocked that I was overcharged by things he never even bother to communicate it to me.
